All too often you hear complaints and never compliments. I wanted to let your owner know that my experience with Diesel and Auto Electric was very positive. Craig in particular was outstanding! I purchased a Strongarm floor jack and stand this week for my husband's birthday and was dealing with your parts clerk Craig. I wanted to let you know that the customer service I received from Craig far exceeded my expectations. He was informative and went out of his way, to make sure I got the right jack and sent it to me the same day. I do not know anything about car jacks other than they go up and down and lift up cars. With my scant answers to his questions, Craig got me the perfect jack! My husband loves it! I also really, really appreciated the fact that Craig never got annoyed with my answers - at one point he asked me what kind of truck we have, I said GMC. Little did I know he was trying to ascertain ? ton, ? ton, etc. I would also like to point out that when Craig put me on hold to check various things for me, the phone must have rung back to the store and various people answered it. Every one of them asked if I had been helped yet and they were all very polite.

Again I really appreciated how Craig did not make me feel "stupid" about how little I knew about my purchase. He handled my answers with humour instead of annoyance (annoyance I find is all too common when women call stores for parts/tools).

I highly recommend you!!!!
